Each of our supplements have a recommended daily dosage based on the weight of your pet. The suggested daily use can be found on the label as well as on each product page on our website. Note each dosage is unique to the specific supplement formula and pet weight.

How many soft chews should I give my pet?
What age should my dog start taking supplements?
We recommend all of our pet supplements for dogs and cats aged 1 year and older. Please consult with your veterinarian prior to giving any supplements to your pet younger than 1 year.
How often should I give my pet supplements?
Our supplements are meant to be given daily and your pet will experience the best results if received consistently. Please follow our serving size instructions for your individual pet's dosage needs.
Is it safe to give my pet supplements if they are already on medication?
Please consult your veterinarian if your pet is currently on any medication prior to giving your pet any supplement. Certain medications can potentially have an adverse reaction for animals when combined with certain ingredients. For example, certain anticoagulants or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories (NSAIDs) should not be combined with MSM, an ingredient in our hip and joint and dual benefit supplements.
When is the best time to give my pet their supplement?
We suggest giving your pet their daily supplement at a time that is easy to remember and consistent every day. If your pet's weight requires more than one soft chew per day, we suggest splitting evenly between all meals. For example give one soft chew at breakfast and one at dinner.
Do you offer free shipping?

How long does it take to start seeing results in my pet?
Do I need to keep my soft chews in the refrigerator?
Our soft chew supplements do not need to be stored in a refrigerator but should be stored below 80° F in a dry and closed package. For example, we keep our supplement jars in the pantry next to the doggy treats!

How do I know your products are safe for my pet?
Our supplements are made with ingredients sourced here in the USA. We also manufacture our supplements in a USA facility under cGMP conditions. To learn more about manufacturing under Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP) Regulations, please visit the FDA website here.
All Wag Source supplements have a shelf life of two years when stored correctly. Expiration dates will be printed on each of our supplement jars.
Some supplement companies may use ruminants, or leftover pieces, in their products to take advantage of better pricing or faster processing. We do not. All soft chews in our jars are made fresh so we can deliver the best quality to our customers.
All our supplements are made with natural ingredients, are GMO Free, Soy Free, Corn Free and Grain Free. We do not use any unhealthy fillers, fructose, cellulose, sorbitol, rice powders, gums or resins, gelatin or sweeteners. As a result of this, you may find a few crumbled pieces of soft chews at the bottom of your jar as there are no artificial ingredients holding the soft chews together. You can use these as toppers on your pet's dinner as an added bonus!
Are your products made in the U.S.A?
Yes, our supplements are made with ingredients sourced in the USA and proudly manufactured here in the MidWestern U.S.
Are there any ingredients in the supplements not listed?
We believe in full transparency at Wag Source and so all of the ingredients that are in your pets supplement are listed on the label. We worked hard to find the best supplier for our ingredients so we can confidently tell our customers "what you see is exactly what you get"!
What do you mean by third-party lab tested?
Prior to releasing any supplements from our warehouse, we have samples from our production line sent out to be tested by a third party laboratory. It is one extra step in quality control that we are unwilling to compromise on.

Do you offer free shipping or is there a minimum purchase?
We offer Free Standard Shipping on ALL orders, even if you only buy one jar. Customers always have the option to upgrade to a faster shipping method at checkout. If you are buying a bundle, you will be automatically upgraded to faster free shipping based on your bundle size.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Your shipment leaves the facility within 24 hours of when your order is placed. Our free Standard Shipping will arrive within 3 to 8 days, Express Shipping within 2 to 5 days, and Priority Shipping within 2 days. Due to current supply chain issues, we can not guarantee the delivery will be within the exact timeframes listed above.
Are Wag Source Supplements available in retail stores?
Our products are currently only available for purchase online. This allows our business to keep prices low while still offering a free shipping option.
What is your return/refund policy?
Our #1 priority is to keep your pet's tail wagging. Try our supplements 100% risk free, which means if you aren't satisfied with your purchase we'll refund it. If you have a problem with your order, email us at email@example.com and we'll solve it!
What if my pet doesn't like the taste?
We are confident that your pet will love the great taste of our supplements - but just in case your pet is extra extra picky, we offer full refunds on any order or can provide you another supplement in its place.
